Group Coaching Program
My group coaching programs provide a supportive community for female aviators and all women in male-dominated professions. Each group is specially curated to tend to the needs of the women. We look at overwhelm, perfectionism, imposter syndrome and the inner critic through the lens of self-compassion and love. Through my program, you'll gain valuable insights, tools, and strategies to help you navigate the unique challenges of your profession and build a successful career on your terms.

Powerful Women's Circle
Get powerful support at this in-person Mt Washington Women's Circle. It is in its second year and going strong! So much is gained by gathering with women and talking about what matters to us. Hearing that others are going through similar struggles is such a valuable experience. I teach tools to support you in understanding yourself and your survival strategies.
